Reception Administrator

Location: Duchy Hospital, Cornwall

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Part-time

Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

Summary:
Duchy Hospital is Cornwall's only private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Duchy Hospital was opened in 1981 by the late HRH Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and is located in a pleasant rural setting on the outskirts of Truro.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip replacement and knee replacements. The hospital is also equipped with a day case theatre, with endoscopy facilities.

A wide range of diagnostic and treatment facilities are available including x-ray, MRI, ultrasound, physiotherapy, sports injury clinic, continence and health screening.

The role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Administrator to join our team at the Duchy Hospital, based in Cornwall. In this role you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be expected to deliver a first class service to patients, consultants and colleagues.

What you’ll bring with you:

Proven experience in administration and customer service

Keyboard Skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to make decisions and use your initiative

Strong communication skill
