Retail Store Manager – Motorcycle

Realistic OTE £30,000

J&S Accessories is the UK’s #1 retailer of motorcycle clothing and accessories, with 29 stores across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for our busy store in Edinburgh, where you will oversee the store, dealing with all aspects of the day to day functions of the store. Your main duties will include opening and closing the store, ordering, receiving and booking in stock from suppliers and our warehouse.

For the right candidate, excellent salary package is on offer which includes a strong basic plus guaranteed commission (you will receive a percentage of the stores net sales on a monthly basis) and an end of year store performance achievement bonus. We’d expect your realistic earnings to be around £30,000.

Ideally you’ll have an interest in motorcycling and you’ll need to be passionate about inspiring and leading a retail team in delivering customer service at a level they will not experience elsewhere.

You will have a hands-on approach and lead from the front, accepting only the highest standards, as well as personally delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full time role.

You’ll work a 5-day week within our hours of work which are;

* 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

* 9am to 5:30pm Saturday

* 10:30am to 4pm Sunday

* Bank holidays are 10am to 5pm, and we are closed New Years Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
