Are you a Business Development Manager with health and social care experience looking for a new role?

Location: Glasgow, UK

Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Location: Based from home with Travel as needed by the business

Salary: Starting Salary £50,000 - £55,000 with the opportunity to earn a performance-related 10% Bonus (paid quarterly)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business in the Glasgow area. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums
Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clientsRequirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Health & Social Care experience
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and results-driven approach
Must have care experience
