This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our client's state of the art Commercial site. Working for one of market leading firms within Building Service Maintenance, who are offering High Voltage Training, internal progression, valuable experience and the chance to join an experienced team of Maintenance Engineers on a critical site.

You will be part of a shift team responsible for the Planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and respond to emergencies on site. You will be part of an important team ensuring all electrical and mechanical systems are working efficiently. This role will follow a continental shift pattern (Days and Nights). To be successful in this role, you must hold the correct qualifications, (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3 years of Commercial Maintenance and the ability to work well as part of a team and individually. 

Duties:

PPM and Reactive Maintenance 
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
Organising subcontractors
Quotations 
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work
Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
Career driven and motivated
Polite and personable
At least 3 year experience in building services in the UK 
LV / HV experience - Desirable 
Apprenticeship trained - Desirable 
Salary and Benefits:

£47,000 - £50,000 per annum 
High Voltage Training Provided + £1000 for AP status 
Continental shift pattern (Days and Nights)
20 days holiday entitlement
