Our client specialises in complex high value commercial litigation and international arbitration with all of their partners, associates, foreign qualified lawyers and paralegals dedicated solely to commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations.
They're recognised by the Legal 500 as having a "Premium" Commercial Litigation Department and received accreditation for their International Arbitration expertise.
All of their Litigators are of the highest calibre, having all trained at Top Tier practices in the UK, US and international law firms.
The Opportunity
Their market-leading team are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Litigation or International Arbitration Associate (the new hire will be slotted into the team in line with their experience).
They boast an impressive client base from a wide range of industries such as energy and infrastructure, civil fraud, banking and finance, contentious trusts, insolvency litigation, anti-trust and more.
Many of their lawyers have worked on some of the most significant and complex disputes in recent English legal history.
This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Junior Commercial Litigation Associate who is looking to be provided with hands on experience from the outset (including significant exposure to court).
The role will involve a high level of responsibility, with 1:1 partner exposure and guidance. This is therefore an ideal role for a driven Commercial Litigation Associate who is looking to make a mark within the sector.
Key Requirements
Qualified Commercial Litigation or International Arbitration Associate with between 2 - 5 years' PQE
