We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of a large commercial building, ensuring its smooth operation through both planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM schedule
Static siteResponsibilities:

Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis
Perform lighting maintenance including lamp changes, ballast changes, and maintenance of simmtronic/Phillips lighting systems
Conduct emergency light testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
Handle power distribution tasks as required
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
Carry out minor electrical works such as installing new sockets, lights, and circuits
Perform minor plumbing works as needed
Undertake fabric repairs to maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the buildingRequirements:

Fully qualified with NVQ/City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering
Proficient in the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience in commercial building maintenance is preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
