Assistant Resident Services Manager – Reading - £32,000pa plus 10% bonus!

Are you experienced in both Lettings and customer service? Then this is certainly the role for you.

One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an ambitious Assistant Resident Manager to join their high-end Build to Rent development in the heart of Reading consisting of over 200 high-end apartments, across 2 schemes. Here, you will be the first point of contact from the enquiry stage to residents moving into the property. =

Your core responsibilities will consist of:

• Ensuring that show apartments are presented well and shown to prospective tenants.

• Coach, train, and mentor onsite team members.

• Respond to all rental enquiries, and book in as well as conduct viewings and agree offers.

• Process all offers and complete all tenancy documentation.

• Always ensure that you provide exceptional customer service to all residents and help to develop a sense of community within the development.

• Create, plan, and execute resident events.

• Report any maintenance issues or any other requests.

• Completing both check-in and check-out reports and determining deposit returns.

• Ensure that health and safety requirements are met across the development.

• Carry out regular inspections of communal areas and apartments.

• Ensure regular resident communications through the use of apps.
