The Role
As a recruitment consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Our office is just outside of Reading Station (3 minute walk), we also have parking on site.

Have bubbly personality, great communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build rapport with anyone and everyone, always!

You will earn a basic salary and uncapped commission from day one. Your year 1 OTE (On Target Earnings) will be between £35,000 - £40,000. Year 2 = £45,000 to £55,000.
Base Salary of £23,500 to £24,000

You will join our Recruitment Fundamentals university, a training programme overseen by our dedicated talent & development team. In this, you will receive a mixture of online, classroom and on-the-job training whilst having the support of our management team who will help you make the transition from Trainee to Consultant
