I am currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor for a main contractor who turn over £200million. They are opening a new office located in central Hampshire and are looking for an established Surveyor, with a knowledge of the local supply chain, to join the team. Projects within the Group are generally D&B with some NEC forms of contract valued to £15million and are a healthy mix of framework, 2 stage and competitive tendering.
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will initially be overseeing the 2no live projects they currently have, you will then be involved witht he interview process for new Commercial staff, who will then report to yourself.
