Driver/ Warehouse Assistant

Our client has been well established for over 55 years and is one of the leading specialists in air conditioning units and spare parts across the country. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a full-time position through temp to perm.

Responsibilities of being a Driver/ Warehouse Assistant:

Stock checking
Complying to health and safety
Serving customers at the counter
Answering phones and providing quotation
Loading of vehicles for deliveries
Process and pick orders for customers
Completing deliveries when necessary
Ensuring stock levels are maintained
Making sure all returned products are delt with promptly and in line with the returns policy Requirements of the role:

Physically able to complete manual handling and moving of goods
Flexible approach to duties and tasks
Confident using computers/ electronics
Valid UK Driving Licence is essential
Warehouse experience is beneficial
Having a good standard of telephone manner to provide first class service
