Registered Home Manager, Hereford

Salary - circa £75k per annum

Experts2care are working with a growing care home provider to recruit a Dual Registered Home Manager for their two established homes based in Hereford. The homes are elderly nursing and residential homes located along the picturesque riverbanks of the river Wye. The homes offer exceptional dementia, nursing and palliative care. You will be joining a friendly and hardworking team making up an integral part of a small, professional care company which has other homes in the area.

Main duties for Registered Home Manager:

As Home Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running the home and provide an innovative, active, and progressive care service, utilising best practice guidelines, while ensuring residents safety and welfare is of paramount importance at all times.

You will manage the Home in accordance with policies and legislative requirements to agreed budgets and provide a caring environment that meets the individual needs of residents.

You will head up a large team of staff and take responsibility for the wellbeing of all residents, the quality of the service and financial performance of the home.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the home meets the CQC requirements and provides the best quality care.

Main requirements for Registered Home Manager:

You will be an experienced Manager with the ability to lead, manage and motivate an exceptional team to ensure the success and ongoing effectiveness of a home within an award winning group. You will be commercially minded and have extensive experience of care delivery within a nursing/care home environment. Having obtained a leadership & management award (or equivalent experience), service and quality will be your priority without compromise.
