Position: Parts Representative
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Negotiable DOE
our client is a prominent group in the UK, boasting over a century of experience in the franchised dealer sector. Recognized for providing dealer services for renowned manufacturers, their network of Car and Commercial dealerships spans through the West Midlands.
Responsibilities:
* Operate within a telesales environment.
* Handle the processing and promotion of commercial vehicle parts to customers.
* Address technical inquiries and utilize tools for product identification.
* Cultivate professional and dependable relationships with clientele.
* Assist and collaborate with the external parts sales team.
* Play vital roles in sales campaigns and targeted initiatives.
* Engage with customers visiting the premises.
* Fulfill internal parts needs and collaborate with workshop personnel.
* Gather market intelligence.
* Coordinate with key suppliers.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service and telesales.
* Proficiency in customer service and administrative tasks.
* Knowledge acquired within the Motor Vehicle sector or similar industry.
* Ability to meet performance targets.
* Previous experience in a comparable role is advantageous.
* Possession of a full driving license is preferred, though not mandatory.
