CARE TEAM LEADER / DEPUTY MANAGER - CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL SERVICE

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader/ Deputy Manager to work in the children's care sector (teenagers)- small residential homes (EBD, LD, autism) This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a company grow and to ensure the lives of the children are fully supported with excellent levels of care.

* Competitive salary £13.65 per hour plus £70 for sleep ins. (annual salary equivalent is £26,200 - £34,000)

The Role:
As a Care Team Leader / Deputy Care Manager your role will include:

* Overseeing the delivery of care services for children, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations

* Ensuring strict compliance with Ofsted

* Managing staff and resources effectively

* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans

* Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals

* Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers

* Following of policies and procedures

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Care Team Leader / Deputy Care Manager should have:

* Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 3 minimum

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Have a strong character and be a good communicator

* Be a reflective leader

* Want to develop their own style of management

* Work closely with the regional managers to develop growth plans for the service

* Worked as a manager or a deputy manager or senior or team lead in the children's sector
