The Job People are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a well established Manufacturing company in Coventry.

Candidates are to have previous customer service experience, be willing and able to learn the inhouse computer systems / processes and company products through on the job training.

The role is permanent and we are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join the bubbly / friendly team.

Role purpose of a Customer Service Advisor in Coventry

To be the customer's first point of contact, working with internal departments and suppliers to provide knowledgeable support and fast, in full resolutions to ensure the best experience for the customer possible and helping to ensure commercial success.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

To ensure all customer enquiries via any method, are answered in full within a KPI timeframe, with the aim of first contact resolution.
To process orders onto our system and send order confirmations within KPI timeframe with a 'right first time' approach'
Record, update and resolve customer complaints with KPI timeframes, ensuring effective management of customer's expectations throughout the process (including managing claims and credits and working with internal and external stakeholders)
Build and maintain customer relationships in a professional and courteous manner.
To identify and participate in continuous improvement projects, leading to greater efficiency and a better customer experience.
To ensure complete data protection compliance
To act as a role model for their company putting customer first principles and behaviours
Any other ad-hoc duties as required including but not limited to, reception duties.Knowledge / Skills Required for the role of Customer Service Advisor

Logical, efficient and effective problem solver
Excellent time management skills
Previous customer service experience in high pressure setting
Ability and willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication - Both formally and informally
Helpful, dedicated, empathetic and diligent.
Totally customer focused
Can build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
Previous experience or knowledge of industrial, construction or manufacturing industries
Awareness of Lean six sigma principles
