Calibration Engineer

About the opportunity
In this role, you'll be responsible for calibrating and integrating hybrid and electric vehicles, conducting software testing, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
You'll research innovative driving features, work independently in a small team, support vehicle testing in various conditions, analyse data for improvements, and contribute to research and production program features.
Deliverables
Responsible for calibration and integration activities on both hybrid and pure electric vehicle projects.
Conducting software testing, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting, while adhering to best practices for issue analysis and resolution.
Assisting in vehicle testing, assessment, and calibration across varied environmental test conditions.
Providing support for software control system integration and alignment with system requirements. Person Requirements
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 5 years' post-graduate experience in Powertrain or Vehicle industry with OEM or Tier1 supplier.
Practical calibration experience in powertrain control, chassis, at vehicle or rig level testing. Desirables
Automotive Calibration Tools (e.g., ETAS INCA/MDA, Vector products)
Matlab / Simulink
Vehicle and Powertrain Control Logic Development Tags
