Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – £22 + Paid Breaks – Sandbach, Cheshire
Meridian Business Support is currently working with a national client in their search for a Staff Nurse to work in their Sandbach based home.
The home is purpose built and provides around the clock care to residents living with Dementia and General Elderly Care needs.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of the resident care team, providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring timely response to any changes in health status.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
Offer emotional support to residents and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Competitive rate of up to £22.00 per hour
Paid Breaks
Full time and part time contracts available (24/36 and 48 hours)

Essential Requirements:

NMC Registered – RGN ideally, but RMN with a care home background would also be considered
Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
