Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Wolverhampton
Qualification: RGN or RMN *Good Clinical Skills*
Hours: 40 hours (Mostly Monday to Friday Supernumerary)

Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home in the Wolverhampton area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.

The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to take a step up in their clinical career or a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements
- Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- 2 years experience as either a Clinical Deputy or Clinical Lead
- Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience
- Strong Clinical Skills
- Genuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process
Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager
Stage 2 - Interview with the Home Manager & Operations Manager

Location

This role is based in the Wolverhampton area and is easily commutable from Newbridge, Dudley, Walsall, Cannock, Telford, Penkridge, Stourbridge, Bridgnorth and some areas of Birmingham.
