Job Title: Teaching Assistant KS1-KS2

Job Duties:
Supporting teachers in delivering lessons to students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour of students
Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help
Preparing and organising educational materials
Supervising students during break times and off-site activities
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
First Aid certification
Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school environment, supporting teachers and students during school hours. Part-time hours are expected, with specific days and hours to be determined.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
