Your responsibilities:
Lead and coach the Inside Sales team, focusing on customer satisfaction, commercial growth, and performance development through KPI tracking and training.
Foster a proactive sales culture, accelerate lead generation, and streamline workflows to boost efficiency and impact.
Ensure optimal use of ERP and CRM systems, driving data-informed decision-making and process improvements.
