We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join our team, with the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through our comprehensive training programme.
Role Overview:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and support to our pupils. You will have the opportunity to cover lessons and support the teaching staff, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while working towards your QTS. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong academic background and experience in a primary school setting, looking to embark on a rewarding career in education.
Key Responsibilities:
Covering lessons and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher
Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Collaborating with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment
Participating in professional development opportunities and training sessionsRequirements:
A UK degree in any discipline
Experience in teaching or covering lessons in a primary school
Passion for education and a commitment to the development of young learners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
