We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic team in Leeds.

As a Team Manager, you will cultivate a culture centred around the team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve set objectives. Planning is crucial, as you organise activities that both motivate and develop team members while also celebrating successes. You will continuously monitor and evaluate improvements in productivity and quality, with a commitment to addressing customer complaints effectively. You will lead team meetings, coaching sessions, and one-on-one discussions, setting clear goals and performance standards for each team member. You will ensure that processes and procedures are regularly assessed for efficiency and effectiveness, with a proactive approach to seeking improvements. You will also monitor that attendance and punctuality are managed by company policy, and real-time performance monitoring ensures adherence to schedules and team performance optimisation.

Team Manager Requirements:

PC literate - Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including MS Word and MS Excel
Educated to GCSE standards with a standard pass of grade 4 or above essential (or equivalent BTEC or other qualification)
Duty management experience
Incident Management experience
Desirable – Excellent knowledge of SAP (CRM), Genesys (Telephony platform), Taranto (Enforcement system) People XD (HR Systems), and Microsoft Office applications.
