Elevation Recruitment Groups HR Division are currently working with a leading manufacturing business in Leeds who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing HR Team due to the organisation’s recent organic growth and success.
As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the HR Manager, who will mentor and support the right candidate and offer them a clear progression plan. This is a fully generalist role, with a focus on Employee Relations, as a HR Advisor your day to day duties will include:

Advising and coaching the management team & providing consistent advice on employment law
ER related matters including investigations, grievance, disciplinaries and dismissals
Managing the Employee Life Cycle – Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding
HR Reporting to provide regular updates to Senior Leadership team
Supporting with recruitment needs where required including advertising and CV sifting
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

Proven experience of operating as a HR Advisor 
A strong understanding of employment legislation
