Description

Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the department.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive working environment.
Lead recruitment efforts and manage talent acquisition strategies.
Coordinate and execute training and development programs.
Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise.
Oversee performance management processes.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

A successful 'Senior HRBP' should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.

An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
