Occupational Therapist - PRN

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify patient needs, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate patient progress
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders
Develop and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, caregiver, and physician
Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to promote independence with ADL's
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care to ensure effective treatment planning
Requirements
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan
At least one year of experience in home health care setting is preferred
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in coordination with a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
