Responsibilities
Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, vacuuming, and water testing
Repair and troubleshoot pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
Diagnose and resolve pool water chemistry issues
Install and replace pool liners, tiles, and other components
Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and repair activities
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
Prior experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
Knowledge of pool maintenance and repair techniques
Familiarity with pool equipment and chemicals
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose pool equipment issues
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
