Last year, investment volume on our platform quadrupled, prompting our team to grow from 6 to 20 engineers. We organize into small, cross-functional pods, each taking ownership of a segment of the founder & investor journey. We pride ourselves on being a full-stack startup; our aim is to remain lean and adaptable. There's no bureaucracy here. We're a small team, and we move quickly.
Requirements
Your Role
This role is for experienced Product Engineers who want to shape our platform, contribute to product discussions, and provide a strong technical voice in the development process.
Your mission is to enhance the experience for both founders and investors. Investing on our platform is about more than just financial return; it's about being part of something meaningful.
You'll develop products and features that enhance the fundraising experience, prioritizing ROI while understanding product/technical tradeoffs.
Joining a small, mission-oriented team, you'll collaborate closely with designers and product managers in an environment where roles sometimes overlap.
You're committed to continuous learning and growth, both personally and for your team.
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in a modern JavaScript framework like React, along with solid HTML/CSS skills. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Strong execution as an engineer, with the ability to balance quick iterations with sustainable, scalable solutions.
A deep interest in understanding the product and user interactions, striving for a comprehensive understanding of the system.
Excellent communication skills, thriving in a collaborative environment where engineers, PMs, and designers work closely together.
Ability to navigate the unpredictability and ambiguity of a startup environment, embracing change and surprises.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $175,000 / year (mid to senior level role)
