oXYGen Financial is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in our back office, performing various clerical and administrative duties and tasks. With responsibility of the day-to-day back-office details and special projects, you will rely on your strong organizational and service skills to help insure clients have a wonderful experience.
* Assist with client communication and follow up tasks
* Process new account paperwork, account transfers, new contributions, redemption and beneficiary changes among other things
* Maintain client information in CRM database
* Responsible for scheduling/calendar for the Private CFOs of oXYGen Financial
* Schedule Travel for the Private CFO of oXYGen Financial
* Assist in the scheduling of client appointments
* Assist with data entry
* Other duties as assigned by Lead Advisor
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Experience in the finance/securities industry preferred
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Maintain a positive, friendly attitude
* Desire to provide world-class client service
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
