Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and assisting them through the check-in and check-out process
Scheduling appointments
All things insurance: verifying eligibility, answers questions, and authorizing benefits
Completing training to advance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
A positive attitude and a willingness to strive for excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings 2 days per week and Saturdays
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
Medical or optical experience is a plus
