Seeking an Attorney with litigation experience to join our dynamic team in Florida! Only junior candidate apply. Position provides training to assist you to develop. This is a hybrid work schedule position, allowing you the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.
Responsibilities:
Represent corporate clients in litigation matters
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Attend court hearings and depositions
Negotiate settlements and handle mediations
Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communications
Requirements:
J.D. from a top-100 ranked law school
Active state bar license in Florida
At least 6 months of experience in litigation
Demonstrated knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines
Requirements
