You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded systems. The candidate needs to have strong technical expertise to deliver independently, as well as great leadership skills to drive multiple projects with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities
Develop software architecture and software technical baseline.
Develop and derive software requirements.
Deliver high-quality software design, documentation, testing, and implementation that meet defined requirements.
Collaborate with team members across multiple engineering disciplines including Systems, Electrical, and Firmware.
Be an active participant in bids and proposals for new business
Lead the development of the software product and technology roadmaps
Active contributor to streamlining department processes and adopting industry best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Support product deployment and troubleshooting efforts as needed.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
