Consent Rep

24 Our Care is seeking Consent Reps who are passionate about helping Medicare patients reach their health goals. We are a Chronic Care Management company who provides non-face-to-face Care Management Services all within Medicare compliance.

If you are hired for this position, your employment job responsibilities shall be as follows:
- Call patients and get their consent to participate in our services.
- Assign interested and consented patients to Care Coaches and schedule their appointments.
- Navigate client EMRs and note pertinent information in patient charts.
- Print and mail information to patients as needed.
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent Phone Skills
Must be a Team Player
Must pass a background check
