Join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and make a meaningful impact on individuals struggling with mental health concerns. As a Behavioral Therapist, you'll work closely with clients, either individually or in groups, to facilitate their journey towards recovery and illness management.
Responsibilities:
Create a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients and their families, fostering engagement in recovery and behavioral management.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Collaborate with clients and their families to establish treatment goals and identify interventions to promote progress.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in medical records.
Participate in on-call rotations for mental health crisis evaluations and collaborate with psychiatrists to develop appropriate care plans.
Provide oversight and mentorship to other therapists, promoting clinical growth and adherence to best practices.
Utilize evidence-based methods to ensure positive clinical outcomes for clients.
Requirements
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work with LCSW certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health or hospital setting; preferred 3 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and interact with individuals in a courteous manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and electronic medical records preferred.
