Purpose: As the Digital Marketer Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative strategies aimed at elevating our brand presence and driving sales for both iClassPro and iCampPro.  Leveraging in-depth market research, you’ll identify target audiences and curate compelling content tailored to their preferences. Your role encompasses comprehensive SEO optimization, social media management, and meticulous analysis of campaign performance metrics to continually refine our digital marketing endeavors.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for the company’s websites, covering on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
Conduct thorough research on backlink opportunities, including anchor text, keywords, and pages, to enhance website authority and visibility.  Perform regular site audits, meticulously tracking and reporting on key SEO metrics, while identifying opportunities for optimization to ensure ongoing enhancement.
Monitor and analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics.
Integrate SEO best practices seamlessly into all facets of website development and maintenance.
Remaining abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, proactively recommending new strategies and tactics to enhance performance.
Collaborate in crafting high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs and websites to maximize content effectiveness.
Execute and oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and cultivate customer relationships effectively.
Track and analyze digital traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights into campaign effectiveness.
Employ SEO techniques and other analytical tools to optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum impact.
Deliver regular reports on campaign performance metrics and growth to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
Strategically scale campaigns to optimize return on investment (ROI) and drive business success.

Requirements
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
Ability to create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design principles is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Google Ads Certification preferred.
Google Analytics Certification preferred.
HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification preferred.
Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification preferred.
