At Trayt Health, we’re seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and direction while being hands-on, helping execute all aspects of Trayt’s marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare and mental health innovation and contribute to our growth and success. This role will report to the CEO. 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Create and implement customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Craft and implement a comprehensive Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and define target accounts and segments for personalized marketing campaigns.
Lead the planning and execution of ABM campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and more.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics to engage and educate our target audience.
Collaborate with content creators to develop customized content and messaging for target accounts.
Select and manage marketing technology tools and platforms that support ABM efforts.
Identify events and conferences to attend to drive lead generation and support sales. 
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of marketing efforts to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, including Account Based Marketing.
Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
Experience managing all facets of marketing and external agency relationships
In-depth knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. 
Identify and measure success metrics; regularly monitor those metrics and report them to the leadership. 
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience in the behavioral or mental health category 
Pay Range:  Annual salary of $150K - $200K plus stock options
