As a Sales Executive, you will conduct both inbound and outbound calls to engage with our current and potential clients, always striving for professionalism and ensuring their satisfaction. You will assist clients in understanding their entitlement to compensation on various claims, providing them with comprehensive guidance and information. You must develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and benefits to potential customers. You will actively participate in engaging campaigns, meeting targets through persuasive communication and effective customer relationship management. You also prioritise maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in line with company policies and collaborating with the team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive work environment. Lastly, you will continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, staying updated with industry trends to enhance your performance in the role.
Hours of Work: Full time, 40 hours per weeks, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 17:30 pm
Sales Executive Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach
Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex information related to various claims and compensation processes
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
Team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic work environment
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Ideally the candidate will have Sales experience but this is not essential
Sales Executive Benefits:
