As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects according to the planned schedule and budget. Your responsibilities will span administrative oversight, client communication, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored work programs for specific sites.
Monitor project progression meticulously, noting any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the contracts team to efficiently assign labor resources.
Manage site facilities, ensuring availability of welfare and sanitation services as required.
Coordinate material procurement and distribution to maintain project efficiency.
Issue orders to approved sub-contractors as necessary.
Uphold comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, including Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
Perform risk and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) assessments and ensure adherence.
Create and disseminate Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
Enforce the organization's health and safety policies on-site.
Supervise on-site staff and sub-contractors, delegating tasks appropriately.
Execute compulsory inspections of the construction site.Benefits:
