SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

* As a Mechanical Construction Manager, you will have a mechanical trade and have helped deliver major mechanical schemes.

* You will have experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on Data Centre projects or other Mission Critical and highly engineered projects.

* Ability to manage subcontractors and is comfortable dealing with multidisciplinary teams

* Technical understanding of mechanical systems

As an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager, you will have experience:

* Managing the mechanical trades

* Carry out site inductions

* Toolbox talks

* Inspections, surveying

* Testing and commissioning

* Taking responsibility for Health and Safety on site

* Ensure that employees have the relevant training and expertise to carry out their work safely and professionally.

* Manage the labour resources on site to ensure efficient working

* Maintain discipline on site, report any incidents and take action as appropriate

* Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel on a busy construction site

They will consider people on a 17/4 rotation basis, covering accommodation and transport.
