They are seeking a skilled & friendly Hotel Receptionist to join thier busy, friendly Front Office Team at their 4* hotel in Moreton-in-Marsh.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
* taking reservations,
* dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance,
* check-ins and check-outs,
* taking payments,
* answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
Candidates must have previous hotel experience, knowledge of reservation booking systems, be educated to a good level with knowledge of administration and clerical procedures, computer competent and customer service experience.
Live-in accommodation is available with this role.
