Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Engineer.

We are working closely with a multi-discipled Building Services company who have a strong presence in the Midlands region. They are now seeking to take on a HVAC Commissioning Engineer to cover a mixed portfolio of contracts. The successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running, carrying out commissioning of mechanical, ventilation and water-based systems. You will hold the CSA grade 2 or above and will be joining a longstanding and established team of commissioning engineers. Due to the nature of the role, our client would give consideration with candidates who have experience in a Trainee Commissioning Engineer position, looking to expand their skills and knowledge.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for an established Commissioning / Water Treatment company, working hands on as an engineer.
" Wil hold CSA grade 2 or higher.
" Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of BSRIA / CIBSE guidelines.
" Excellent communication skills.
" Able to work to strict deadlines.

The Role:
" Carrying out the commissioning of mechanical systems in accordance with client agreed design criteria.
" Carrying out diagnosing and fault-finding issues on ventilation and water-based systems.
" Liaising with clients, providing support and advice for action to be taken going forward.
" Carrying out site inspections and providing accurate reports on systems.
" Accurately adjusting water flow rates.
" Balancing and regulating LTHW, chilled water and process systems.
" Efficiently handing over systems to clients, demonstrating how to correctly use systems.
" Working in line with CIBSE / BSRIA guidelines.
