Lithographic Printer – Night Shift

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a Lithographic Printer – Night Shift for a manufacturing company based in Southend
The company is one of the UK’s fastest-growing printers and due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Lithographic Printer to join the team.
Role Requirements/Responsibilities
* Ensuring correct job is on the machine
* To monitor and maintain quality of work produced.
* Make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
* To maintain optimum machine output speed.
* To keep the machine area in good order.
* To efficiently utilise any machine staff provided for you.
* To complete all documentation as required by ISO 9001.
* To pass on all relevant information to subsequent shifts.
* To report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
* To be fully conversant with all applicable Health & Safety procedures.
* To leave the machine in a safe and tidy condition.
* Give coaching and guidance where required.
* Ensure daily and monthly preventative maintenance is carried out and relative forms are completed.
Hours:
* The working hours for this role will be 6pm - 6am on a continental shift pattern (36 hours per week).
Skills Required:
* Ideally having the knowledge of a Heidelberg Speedmaster 75XL 10
* Able to work to a timely manner and as part of a team.
