We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Internal Customer Service Representative.
Our client is seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join their team in this role.

The Internal Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal clients and supporting Account Managers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Phone Support:Answer incoming phone calls from internal clients promptly and professionally.Provide accurate information and assistance to internal clients, resolving queries or directing them to the appropriate departments if necessary.
Email Management:Co-manage an email inbox dedicated to client inquiries.Monitor the inbox regularly to ensure timely responses to all incoming emails.Respond to emails promptly and provide thorough and accurate information, maintaining a high standard of written communication.
Support to Account Managers:Collaborate closely with Account Managers to assist them in their daily tasks and seamless client communication.Act as a liaison between Account Managers and internal clients, ensuring efficient and effective coordination.
Issue Resolution:Address and resolve internal client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or managers as necessary.Follow up on any unresolved issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an internal support capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and email management tools.
Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with colleagues.

The working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum DOE
