Due to expansion, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Temporaries Recruiter to join our growing team on an already established desk, with heaps of potential for additional growth & development. 
We are ideally looking for a dedicated, motivated and resilient recruiter from either an admin, resourcing or specialist background either within internal or external recruitment, having recruited within a temporaries recruitment role before would be advantageous.
Applicants must be able to drive due to office location & regular visits to clients and candidate registrations.
If you are looking for a role where you will be supported and developed, with the opportunity of potential further progression then this is a perfect opportunity.
A solid proven track record with working in a similar role as well as giving an outstanding continued service to the existing database, along with having exemplary time management/multi skilling abilities are key for this role. Excellent interviewing and matchmaking skills are also essential, along with being able to think on your feet.

Key personal qualities
Confidence, negotiation, organisation and strong communication and customer service skills are important attributes for a recruitment specialist. Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing recruitment is advantageous but not essential
