Salary: £30000-£36000 (dependent on experience)
I am searching for a knowledgeable and passionate Architectural Technician with exceptional technical abilities to join a well-established, dynamic team in Peterborough. The practice has four offices with a talented team of Technicians, Architects, Interior Designers and Landscape Designers who deliver beautiful designs for a large range of sectors including retail, education, healthcare and residential.
The successful Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience, fantastic technical abilities and have ideally managed a small team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
A relevant HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience working in a UK-based practice
Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
Able to produce tender and construction packages
Confident working to project deadlines and managing workload efficiently
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to lead a project from inception to completion
CIAT chartered, or working towards chartership
