True Consulting are partnered with a growing Contractor who specialise in M&E and Decarb installations for the commercial sector, working on projects across Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Offices and Public Buildings. The business is in a period of growth and have increased turnover by several £million over the last few years. Working with a select group of insured clients, they offer a cradle-to-grave service, from design and planning through to installation and commissioning.
Due to taking on some exciting contracts across the South East, the business are looking to bring on 2 Project Managers / Contracts Managers to oversee project delivery as well as a team of Site Supervisors and Sub-Contractors on-site. The Project Manager / Contracts Manager will be managing 2-3 projects at once, with these values from 1m to 5m.
The Project Manager / Contract Manager will be working directly with the client, which can be private end-user or local authorities, ensuring the smooth running of site and delivery of the project. They will liaise with the design team, as well as other internal teams throughout the life-cycle of the project.
Upcoming projects will involve the installation of Heating, Cooling and Ventilation systems, such as Plant Rooms, Chillers, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning and Air Handling Units.
This role will suit Project Manager / Contracts Manager who is currently managing projects of a similar size, between 1-10m, ideally who has experience working on Healthcare and Education. Previous experience working directly with the client is required.
It is essential to have a strong Mechanical / M&E background, ideally having installed Chillers, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, Plant Rooms and Air Handling Units.
The Project Manager / Contracts Manager will receive:
* £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary d.o.e.
