Job Title: Bodyshop Team Leader

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bodyshop team, including technicians, painters, and apprentices.
Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of repair projects.
Monitor workflow to optimize productivity and minimize turnaround time.
Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry
Knowledge of vehicle painting and preparation techniques
Attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards
Education:
Relevant vocational qualifications in automotive body repairs
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle preparation
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of different types of fillers and coatings
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in vehicle refinishing
Health and Safety certifications related to automotive work
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with regular working hours
Work primarily in a workshop environment
May involve standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects
