Job Title: Architectural Technician
Daily rate: £30,000-£40,000

We specialize in a variety of projects, with a primary focus on fire service, leisure, and school developments ranging from £500k to £5m in value.
Position Overview: As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in our project teams, working on diverse assignments within the fire service, leisure, and school sectors. This is a permanent position based in our Bolton office, offering the chance to collaborate with talented professionals and make a significant impact on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
* Provide technical support in the design and planning phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure the accuracy and quality of construction work.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Architectural Technician in construction design projects.
* Proficiency in REVIT and other relevant design software.
* Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Relevant qualification in architectural technology or a related field.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to project requirements.
