YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A HEAD CHEF
Able to develop and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
Communicate effectively at all levels
Planning and organising skills
Excellent attention to detail and standards
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
Excellent commercial skills Head Chef - Responsibilities
Dealing with fresh food
Motivating, coaching and developing the team
Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
Ensuring high food quality is maintained
