The Service Administrator Role Overview:
Responsible for monitoring and uploading of daily service reports.
Investigating incidents and giving feedback to our clients.
Working as a customer liaison regarding any issues, activity, or maintenance on site.
Providing assistance to the field engineering team.
Logging service requirements onto the CRM system.
Completing daily site reports.

Annual Salary of £25,500 increasing to £27,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Your Experience:
1 years’ experience within a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding customer service credentials.
Good computer skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Ability to work within a team.
This role will require the BS7858 clearance.
