A global operator within the Utilities inustry are currently undergoing significant growth and adding talent across the business to help with the continued growth.
The business specilaise in the manufacturing and service of pumps acorss a variety of industries.
On offer is a salary of up to £43,000 DOE.
Key duties:
* Support customers with on site visits.
* Support the workshop with technical queries.
* Present a professional image, support and promote brand values at all times
* Up hold company safety values at all times.
* Assign & development of workshop personnel to be competent in the refurbishment of valves.
* Support Management in the effective running of the Service Centre.
* Monitor & maintain monthly overhead costs in line with budget.
* Assist with Debtor Cash Collection.
* Assist with Monthly Forecasting for the service centre
* Review and maintain an orderly open order book.
* Schedule & manage resource requirements.
* Develop existing key accounts with focus on growth and expansion of service offering.
* Seek to develop new customer accounts.
* Generate quotations for supply & refurb of products when required.
