Senior Administrator (Business Assurance & Risk)

Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid/ Smart Working)

£30,685 per annum plus benefits

Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Administrator to work here at Thrive Homes!

In this key role you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive governance support and advice to colleagues across the business. This includes ensuring that Thrive has robust systems, records, registers, and trackers in place, and updating them accurately as and when required.

Job Duties:

* You'll assist the Corporate Risk & Governance Lead in meeting deadlines and disseminating relevant information, ensuring that all filing is completed on time, and supporting/monitoring the delivery of plans to implement changes.

* Your role will also involve organising Board, Committee, and senior management meetings by sending invitations, preparing agendas, sourcing papers, and minuting.

* Responsible for producing comprehensive and accurate minutes and relevant information in a timely manner and managing the follow-up of actions and decisions made in line with the agreed process.

* You'll support the Corporate Risk & Governance Lead in managing the process for onboarding new Board members, ensuring that all paperwork is completed and actioned in accordance with the agreed procedure.

* You'll also support the process designed to protect the data Thrive collects, stores and transfers, ensuring that all data protection issues are dealt with in accordance with the agreed process and timeline. This includes administering the DSAR process, conducting regular analysis of requests, and reporting back to the wider Business Assurance & Risk Team as required.

* In addition, you'll be required to undertake any other reasonable duties or projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience of exemplary PA/administration support within work experience is essential.

* Ability to assist with producing comprehensive and accurate meeting minutes.

* Your ability to role model our core behaviours is as important as technical expertise.

* You must be able to support a culture founded in trust and respect for everyone.

* Experience of governance and GDPR would be beneficial.
